DIC No. 4 Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the construction and engineering industry. It constructs infrastructures, apartment and office buildings. The Company is involved in the provision of land clearing services, along with architectural and engineering services. It also manufactures and trades construction fixtures, such as Unplasticized Polyvinyl Chloride (uPVC) windows and doors. In addition, the Company trades construction materials; as well as offers warehouses and construction machinery and equipment for lease, and ground freight transportation services. During the year ended December 31, 2012, 89.06% of its revenue came from construction business. As of December 31, 2012, it had four branches and one plastic door factory in Vietnam.
