Mirae Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based company engaged in the textile industry. It manufactures cotton and fibers. The Company also manufactures, processes and trades cotton-based and fiber-based products. Its products include paddings, ball fibers, carding fibers, quilts, mattresses, sleeping bags, bedspreads and pillows. In addition, the Company is involved in manufacturing and trading activities of materials, supplies and equipment for the textile and garment industries. As of December 31, 2009, the Company has merged with Mirae Fiber Joint Stock Company and turned Mirae Fiber Joint Stock Company into its branch. It was an affiliate of a South Korea-based company, Mirae Fiber Technology Company Limited.
