Asia - Pacific Securities Joint Stock Company (APEC Securities) is a Vietnam-based provider of investment services. It provides securities brokerage services and custody services. The Company is also engaged in securities trading. In addition, it offers securities investment advice and market research services, as well as financial management services and financial consulting services for corporate events, such as equitizations, equity offerings, listings and share auctions. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had four branches in Ho Chi Minh City, Hue City, Vinh City and Da Nang City, Vietnam.
