Construction Joint Stock Company No. 1 is a Vietnam-based construction company. It mainly acts as an operative builder to commercial and manufacturing construction projects, as well as engages in real estate development activities. The Company also manufactures and markets construction materials, including flooring and wall ceramic tiles and ready-mix concrete. It is also involved in other supporting activities of leasing services for construction equipment and vehicles, architectural and landscape designs, and engineering services. The Company is a subsidiary of Vietnam Construction and Import – Export Joint Stock Corporation.
