Vinh Plastic and Bags Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based manufacturer of packagings. It manufactures and trades packagings for cement, fertilizers, animal feeds, sugar and other types of food, as well as plastic products. The Company also provides printing services and trades materials, supplies and equipment for the packaging industry. In addition, it is engaged in road freight transportation. During the year ended December 31, 2008, 87.4% of its total revenue came from cement packagings. As of December 31, 2016, the Company was a subsidiary of Company of Economic Cooperation (COECCO).
