Pan Pacific Corporation is a Vietnam-based group engaged in agriculture, aquaculture, food products and facilities services management that was founded in 1993. Pan Pacific Corporation is involved in the facilities services business, providing cleaning, support and overall management services as well as supplying cleaning equipment and chemicals through its subsidiaries, namely Pan Services (Pan Pacific Services Co., Ltd.) and Pan Trading (Pan Trading Joint Stock Company). In 2013, Pan Pacific Corporation announced a strategy of acquisition and consolidation of agriculture, aquaculture and branded and packaged food companies. The Company is engaged in the processing and sale of clams and the breeding, raising, processing and sale of pangasius through its subsidiary, Aquatex Bentre (Bentre Aquaproduct Import and Export Joint Stock Company). In addition, the Company holds an affiliated position in Agifish Co. (An Giang Fisheries Import and Export Joint Stock Company), a Vietnam-based seafood processing company. Pan Pacific Corporation plans to continue extending its activities through strategic acquisitions of agriculture, aquaculture and food product companies.
