Viet Nam Construction and Manpower Joint Stock Company (CM Viet Nam), formerly Cavico Construction Manpower and Services Joint Stock Company (CavicoCMS), is a Vietnam-based construction company. The Company constructs bridges, tunnels, highways, hydropower plants and mining structures. It is also a provider of employment services. The Company is engaged in labor export to Algeria, Libya and Malaysia. It supplies human resources for the construction, tourism and hotel industries, as well as to work as household assistants in foreign countries. Other activities include the trading of construction and mining machinery and equipment, along with the provision of employment agency services. The Company has three subsidiaries. Effective March 28, 2013, the Company has changed its name to Viet Nam Construction and Manpower Joint Stock Company (CM Viet Nam) from Cavico Construction Manpower and Services Joint Stock Company (CavicoCMS).
