Can Tho Water Supply - Sewerage Joint Stock Company (Canthowassco) is a Can Tho-bases company with a long history of operation in the water industry. According to statistics of Vietnam Water Supply and Sewerage Association, currently, there are 70 companies operating 450 water supply systems with the total capacity of 7 million m3/day. Canthowassco is operating three water plants of Can Tho 1 Water Plant, Hung Phu Water Plant, and Bong Vang Water Plant with total design capacity of 82.500 m3/day to supply clean water for 10 out of 13 wards in Ninh Kieu District. In addition, it also supplies water for other districts and provinces through 7 water plants and station of the company’s subsidiaries (with dominating shares).
