Thang Long Mechanical Electric & Telecommunications Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based manufacturer of telecommunications equipment and supplies. The Company is mainly involved in the production and distribution of cables, copper wires and underground plastic pipes. It also manufactures other civil electrical materials. Other operations include the design of radiotelegraphy and the construction of telecommunication structures. As of December 31, 2010, the Company was an affiliate of Cables and Telecommunications Material Joint Stock Company (SACOM), and it had one wholly owned subsidiary located in Hung Yen Province, Vietnam, which is active in the manufacture and trade of cables, as well as civil and telecommunication electricity materials.
