Nam Viet Corporation is a Vietnam-based aquaculture company mainly engaged in the export of fish finished products. The Company is primarily involved in the processing, preserving and trading of aquaculture products. It also engages in other supporting activities, such as the construction and management of manufacturing facilities, packaging, as well as the production of biodiesel and other derived products. Its aquaculture products were exported to 65 countries in the world. The Company has two subsidiaries. On July 18, 2008, the Company announced that it has established a new subsidiary on July 11, 2008.
