HOSE announces the record date for the dividend payment of Mien Dong Joint – Stock Company:

Ex-right date:                         August 05, 2021

Record date:                           August 06, 2021

Purpose                                   for the payment for the last phase of 2020 and the first phase of 2021 dividend in cash           

Dividend pay-out ratio:           6%/ par value (VND600/ share) in which:

+ Dividend pay-out ratio for 2020: 3%/ par value (VND300/ share);

+ Dividend pay-out ratio for 2021: 3%/ par value (VND300/ share).

Payment date:                          August 25, 2021       

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Mien Dong Joint – Stock Company as from August 25, 2021.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
