-          Record date:  August 10, 2021

-          Payment date: August 25, 2021

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 2%/ par value (VND200/ share)

-          Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Viet Nam Power Development Joint Stock Company.
