Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company announces the adjustment to the plan for stock dividend payment 2020 as follows:

“- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The number of issued shares will be rounded down to the nearest units. The fractional part (if any) arising when rounding will be distributed by the Board of Directors to other objects at a price of VND10,000/share.

For example, shareholder A owns 549 shares. With the exercise ratio of 5:1, the number of shareholder A receives will be: 549*1/5=109.80 shares. After rounded down, shareholder A will receive 109 shares. The fractional share (0.80) will be distributed to other objects at a price of VND10,000/share.”
