Viet Phat Import Export Trading Investment Joint Stock Company (VIETPHAT.JSC) announces the Resolution of the Annual General Meeting 2021 with the following contents:

1)      Approve 2020 business results and plan for 2021 (expected dividend at 15%).

2)      Approve the plan of 2020 profit allocation with 10% stock dividend and 5% cash dividend. Expected time for cash dividend is before 30 Sep. 2021.

3)      Approve the 2020 audited financial statements.

4)      Approve the 2020 reports of the BOD, & the Supervisory Board.

5)      Approve the salary, remuneration of the BOD and Supervisory Board in 2021.

6)      Approve the BOD selecting one of the three audit firms as the list.

7)      Approve the plan of 2020 stock dividend as Article no. 2 as below:

-          Expected issued volume: 3,919,981 shares

-          For existing shareholders.

-          Ratio: 10%, 100:10

-          Expected time for issuance: quarter 2 or 3/2021

8)      Approve the amendment and the supplement of the Company’s Charter.

9)      Approve regulations of the BOD, & Supervisory Board.

10)  Approve resignation of Mr. Nguyen Xuan Truong, a member of the BOD, term 2017-2022.

11)  Approve a plan of issuing bonds in 2021.
