Vietnam Power Development Joint Stock Company (VNPD) announces the Resolution of the Annual General Meeting 2021 with the following contents:

Approve the 2020 BOD report, 2020 business results and plan for 2021 (expected dividend at 9%).
Approve the 2020 report of the Supervisory Board.
Approve the 2020 audited financial statements.
Approve the plan of 2020 profit allocation with cash dividend at 6%.
Approve the BOD selecting one of the three audit firms as the list.
Approve the salary, remuneration of the BOD and Supervisory Board in 2021.
Approve the amendment and the supplement of the Company’s Charter.
Approve the changes of members of Supervisory Board, term 2017-2021.
Approving regulations of the BOD, & Supervisory Board.
