On December 10, 2021, VIX Securities Joint Stock Company announces the time to collect shareholders' opinions in writing with the following contents:

- Reason and purpose: to collect shareholders' opinions in writing to approve the plan for stock issuance to raise its charter capital.

- Time of implementation: from December 10, 2021 to December 22, 2021

- Location: Floor 22^nd, 52 Le Dai Hanh, Le Dai Hanh Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi.
