-          Expected offering volume: 274,595,229 shares

-          Total value (at par value): VND2,745,952,290,000

-          Offering price: VND15,000/share

-          Exercise ratio: 1:1 (Those who own 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 01 right will be entitled to purchase 01 new share).

-          The rights should be transferred only once

-          Plan for handling the fractional shares & unsold shares: due to the 1:1 exercise ratio, so there are no fractional shares. The unsold shares (if any) will be distributed to other investors that decided by the Board of Directors. These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the ending date of the offering.

-          The new shares are freely transferable
