VPS: Increasing charter capital and amending charter

The Board resolution dated December 09, 2021, the BOD of VPS Securities Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1) Approving to increase its charter capital to VND3,500,000,000,000 to VND5,700,057,000,000.

2) Approving to amend its charter with new charter capital.
