On October 07, 2021, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) received the interim reviewed consolidated financial statements of Petrolimex International Trading Joint Stock Company (stock symbol: PIT). Accordingly, the after-tax profit of shareholders of parent company in the interim consolidated financial statements was 2.8 billion dongs, the undistributed after-tax profit until June 30, 2021 was –15.9 billion dongs.

Therefore, PIT has not overcome the causes making the stock under the warning status. HOSE continues to remain the warning status for the stock PIT and will consider solutions for the stock PIT after having the 2021 audited consolidated financial statements.
