-          Par value: VND15,000/share

-          Record date: October 14, 2021

-          Exercise ratio: 10.1304%, equivalent to 100:10.1304 (Those who own 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 100 rights will be entitled to purchase 10,1304 new shares). The number of newly issued shares bought by each existing shareholder will be rounded down.

-           Time for rights transference: from October 21, 2021 to November 04, 2021

-          Time for payment: from October 21, 2021 to November 10, 2021.
