On October 18, 2021, the Board of Directors of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Viet Nam (Vietcombank) issued Resolution No.522 and No.523 as follows:

Board Resolution No.522

The Board of Directors approved the contract between Vietcombank and FPT Infomation System Co., Ltd. (the related person of Mr. Truong Gia Binh, Independent Member of the Board of Directors) for the package “Investing in IAM system maintenance services for Vietcombank”.

Board Resolution No.523

The Board of Directors approved the contract between Vietcombank and FPT Infomation System Co., Ltd. (the related person of Mr. Truong Gia Binh, Independent Member of the Board of Directors) for the package “Investing in the virtualization of 5 new branches of Vietcombank”.
