The Board resolution dated October 18, 2021, the Board of Directors of Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the contents of Proposal No.23 dated October 08, 2021:

-          To establish DIC Central Vietnam Project Management Board on the basis of rearrangement of DIC Quang Binh Representative Office.

-          To dissolve DIC Quang Binh Representative Office.

2)      Approving to withdraw capital in Phu Quoc Urban Development Joint Stock Company:

-          Transfer volume: 5,000,000 shares

-          Transfer price: VND10,000/share

-          Transfer value: VND50,000,000,000.

-          Contract signing time: expected in October 2021.
