On October 19, 2021, Hai An Transport and Stevedoring Joint Stock Company announces the sale of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 1,389,953 shares

- Number of shares registered to sell: 1,389,953 shares

- Purpose: to supplement working capital for the business and production activities.

- Expected trading period: from October 28, 2021 to November 26, 2021

- Trading method: Order matching or put through.
