The Board resolutions dated October 18, 2021, the BOD of Thuan An Wood Processing Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      On Resolution No.17-01:

The BOD approved to contribute additional capital in to Ihouzz technology JSC: VND53,000,000,000.

2)       On Resolution No.17-02:

The BOD approved to contribute additional capital in to Tulip real estate financial services JSC: VND52,200,000,000.

3)      On Resolution No.17-03:

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Luong Tri Thin as Chairman of the BOD as from October 18, 2021.

-          Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Truong Son as Chairman of the BOD as from October 18, 2021.

4)      On Resolution No.17-04:

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Truong Son as CEO as from October 18, 2021.

-          Approving the appointment of Ms. Pham Thi Nguyen Thanh as CEO as from October 18, 2021.
