On April 09, 2019, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No.108/QD-SGDHCM to change PXT shares of Petroleum Pipeline & Tank Construction Joint Stock Company from the warning status to the supervision status from April 17, 2019.

On March 24, 2020, HOSE received the 2019 audited financial statements from Petroleum Pipeline & Tank Construction Joint Stock Company (PXT). Accordingly, the after-tax profit in 2019 was -21.80 billion dongs and the undistributed after-tax profit at 31/12/2019 was -133.68 billion dongs. Besides, the auditor still had except-for and emphasis comments.

 Therefore, HOSE will remain the supervision status for the stock PXT and will consider solutions for the stock PXT after having the semi-annual reviewed financial statements in 2020.
