OGC: OGC asks permission for the postponement of annual general meeting

On March 31, 2020, Ocean Group Joint Stock Company (stock code: OGC) sent an official document to the Department of Planning and Investment of Ha Noi City to ask permission for the postponement of the 2020 Annual General Meeting not more than June 30, 2020 because OGC is developing and testing the vote counting technology, so OGC needs more time to complete the system as well as prepare documents for the 2020 Annual General Meeting.
