On March 31, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.149/QD-SGDHCM to put the shares of Yeah1 Group Corporation (stock code: YEG) into warning status as of April 08, 2020
Reason: The after-tax profit of the parent company in 2019 was -385.33 billion dongs and the undistributed after-tax profit until December 31, 2019 was -305.39 billion dongs. This is the case of warning securities under the Listing Regulations on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
