Vietnam Sun Corporation (stock code: VNS) has received an approval from the Department of Planning and Investment of Hochiminh City regarding the extension of the holding of the 2020 Annual General Meeting, which was scheduled on April 28, 2020. Accordingly, the Company was allowed to postpone its Annual General Meeting until an appropriate time before June 30, 2020.

Reason: to comply with the recommendations of limiting crowded events in response to the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic.
