According to the Board resolution dated March 27, 2020, the Board of Directors of Dry Cell and Storage Battery Joint Stock Company (stock code: PAC) unanimously approved the postponement of the 2020 Annual General Meeting until an appropriate time before June 30, 2020.

Reason: to comply with the recommendations of limiting crowded events in response to the ongoing development of the COVID-19 situation in Viet Nam.
