Superdong Fast Ferry Kien Giang Joint Stock Company (stock code: SKG) has received an approval from the Department of Planning and Investment of Kien Giang Province regarding the extension of the holding of the 2020 Annual General Meeting. Accordingly, the Company was allowed to postpone its Annual General Meeting until the end of June 2020

Reason: to comply with the recommendations of limiting crowded events in response to the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic.
