The Board resolution dated December 20, 2019, the Board of Directors of Saigon Real – Estate Joint Stock Company (SGR) approved to contribute capital for establishing Smartway Computer Joint Stock Company with the following details:

-       Address: 63-65 Dien Bien Phu Street, ward 15, Binh Thanh District, Hohiminh.

-       Charter capital: VND 5,000,000,000 (SGR contributed VND 3,500,000,000, equivalent to 350,000 shares, accounting for 70% charter capital of Smartway).

-       To appoint Mr. Nguyen Trong Giap and Mrs. Tran Thi Ngoc My as the representative of stake of SGR in Smartway.
