On December 19, 2019, Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank announces the selling of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 47,052,980 shares

- Number of shares registered to sell: 23,000,000 shares

- Purpose: to ensure shareholders’ interest.

- Expected trading period: from December 30, 2019 to January 29, 2020

- Trading method: order matching or put through.
