The Board resolution dated December 19, 2019, the Board of Directors of Becamex Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company approved to sign agreements with Becamex IDC Corp for the transfer of land use right of IJC urban area project at Hoa Phu Ward, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province with the contract value of VND 789,264,000,000 (including VAT, excluding registration tax).
