OGC: Information on the judgment No.84

On August 16, 2018, Ocean Group Joint Stock Company (OGC) received the judgment No.84/2018/KDTM-PT by the People’s Court of Ha Noi City regarding the trading contract dispute with VINAFACADE Joint Stock Company. The details are as follows:

-       Forcing VINAFACADE Joint Stock Company has to pay the principal, interest and penalty for breach of contract to OGC in accordance with the principle contract No. 066/2014/HDNT/OGC-VINAFACADE dated August 21, 2018.

-       The verdict takes effect from July 03, 2018.
