On August 15, 2018, the Board of Directors of De Tam Joint Stock Company (DTA) approved to borrow capital at Vietnam Bank For Agriculture and Rural Development (AgriBank) - Cho Lon Branch with the following details as follows:

- Credit line: VND15,000,000,000

- Purpose of loan: to supplement working capital.

- Loan period: 12 months

- Mortgage assets:

+ The land use right of Residential project at Phuoc An Commune, Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province with total area of 473,788 m².

+ Apartment Building at 04.03 Phu Nhuận, 20 Hoang Minh Giam, Ward 9, Phu Nhuan District, Hochiminh City.
