+ Hong Ha Son La Processing Agricultural Product Joint Stock Company contributed VND25,000,000,000, accounting for 45.4% charter capital;
+ Mr. Tran Van Thong contributed VND15,000,000,000, accounting for 27.3% charter capital;
+ Ms. Vu Thi Hoai Phuong contributed VND15,000,000,000, accounting for 27.3% charter capital.
- To appoint Mr. Tran Van Thong as the representative of stake of Hong Ha Son La Processing Agricultural Product Joint Stock Company in Ngoc Lac Xanh Agricultural Products Joint Stock Company.
