Petrolimex Insurance Corporation announces the Board resolution No.05 dated October 22, 2018 as follows:

1. Approving the business performance in first nine months of 2018

-       Original insurance revenue: 1,999.8 billion dongs; increased 12.1% year over year and finished 76.2%  the plan business in 2018;

-       Profit before tax: 130.1 billion dongs; increased 7.6% year over year and finished 76% the plan business in 2018.

2. Approving the business plan in 2019:

-       Original insurance revenue: 2,917 billion dongs;

-       Profit before tax: 180 billion dongs

-       Dividend ratio: 12%.
