On October 23, 2018, the Board of Directors of Truong Thanh Real Estate and Construction Joint Stock Company (TEG) approved to purchase 4,100,000 shares with total value of VND41,000,000,000 (based on par value), accounting for 16.4% charter capital of Quang Phu Energy Joint Stock Company.

Expected purchase price: no more than VND10,000/share

Time of implementation: Q4.2018.

To appoint Mr. Dang Trung Kien as the representative of stake of Truong Thanh Real Estate and Construction Joint Stock Company in Quang Phu Energy Joint Stock Company.
