On October 22, 2018, the Board of Directors of Vinhomes Joint Stock Company approved to raise its charter capital from VND26,796,115,500,000 to VND33,495,139,180,000 (equivalent to 3,349,513,918 shares), effective from October 15, 2018.
After the charter capital increases, the company’s shareholders will change the stake structure as follows:
