Vinh Railway Signalling - Telecom Joint Stock Company is a Nghe An-based company found in 1989. It is one of 5 companies contracted by its owner – the Vietnam Railway Corporation – to manage, maintain, and repair the national technical infrastructure regarding information, signal, electricity, and telecommunication. It is also in charge of disaster and accident prevention and handling from Km 136+200 in the DongGiao-Bim Son area to Km 521+600 as well as the Giat Bridge-Nghia Dan railway line within the areas of 4 provinces from Thanh Hoa to Quang Binh.
