Vietnam Joint Stock Company for Restoration of Monuments and Cultural Equipments (VINAREMON) is a Vietnam-based company operating in the construction and engineering industry. The Company constructs, designs, restores and repairs historical monuments, cultural monuments and related structures, such as bridges and roads. It is also engaged in wood processing, as well as statuary and fine art wooden product manufacturing. During the year ended December 31, 2008, 97.57% of its revenue came from the construction and restoration of historical monuments. As of December 31, 2008, the Company was an affiliate of State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC), and it had two branches in Hue City and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
