On March 22, 2023, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued a decision to put the shares of Pha Lai Thermal Power Joint Stock Company (stock code: PPC) in warning status as of March 29, 2023.

Reason: the auditor expressed an unqualified opinion on the audited financial statements in 2022. The stock has not met the rule under Point c, Clause 1, Article 37 of the Rules of Listing and Trading of Listed Securities promulgated under Decision No.17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 by the Members' Council of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
