The Board resolution dated March 22, 2023, the Board of Directors of Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1)      Approving the record date (March 13, 2023) to implement rights to attend the Annual General Meeting 2023.

2)      Approving the Resignation Letter of Mr. Bui Thanh Lam and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hung as member of the Board of Directors for the term 2022-2027.

3)      Approving the contents to hold the Annual General Meeting 2023:

-          Report on the business result in 2022 and business plan in 2023;

-          Report of the Board of Directors;

-          Report of the Supervisory Board;

-          Audited financial statements in 2022;

-          Adjustment of the plan for profit distribution in 2021 and 2022;

-          Adjustment of the plan for stock issuance to pay dividend in 2021 and 2022;

-          Report on the remuneration of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board;

-          Plan for share public offering to raise its charter capital.

-          Other issues.
