Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade Securities Joint Stock Company announces the Resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders for the second time dated July 04, 2022 with the following contents:

1. Approved the plan to increase its charter capital, including:

-          Stock issuance for dividend payment

-          Stock issuance from the owner’s equity.

2. Approved the amendment of the Company’s charter with new charter capital.
3. Approved the registration to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) for new shares.
4. Approved the additional election of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thu Hang as Independent member of the Board of Directors.
