On September 21, the Board of Directors of Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Companyissued the Board resolution to approve the implementation of the issuance plan and the dossier of registration for stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity. Accordingly, the Company submitted the dossier to the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) in accordance with regulation.
