-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 26,607,930 shares

-          Exercise ratio: 100:8.2 (8.2%)

-          Number of distributed shares: 26,577,073 shares, accounting for 99.9% total shares to be issued

-          Number of fractional shares:  30,857 shares.

2. Approved the plan to handle the number of fractional shares
