The Board resolution dated August 29, 2022, the BOD of ELCOM Technology Communications Corporation approved the record date to implement rights to buy the additional issuance shares and issue shares to raise capital from equity with details as follows:

-          Record date: September 15, 2022

-          Time for right transference: from September 23, 2022 to October 07, 2022

-          Time for subscription and payment: from September 23, 2022 to October 14, 2022.
