The Board resolution dated July 04, 2022, the BOD of Hoa Binh Rubber Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. Approved the appointment of Mr. Tran Khac Chung as Chairman of BOD for the term 2022-2027.
2. Approved the selection of AFC Vietnam Auditing Company Limited as the auditor for the financial statements in 2022.
3. Approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Huu Nghia as Person in charge of Corporate Governance and Secretary of the Company from July 04, 2022.
