The Board resolution dated June 30, 2022, the BOD of Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approved the establishment of the Internal Audit Department under the Board of Directors.
2. Approved the appointment of Mrs. Tran Thi Thu as Head of Internal Audit Department of the Company from June 30, 2022.
3. Approved the Operating Regulation of Internal Audit Department.
