The Board resolution dated April 27, 2022, the Board of Directors of Transport and Industry Development Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1. Approved the result of the election of members of BOD for the period 2022 – 2027:

-          Mr. Mai Huu Tin:  Chairman of BOD

-          Mr. Vu Xuan Duong: Deputy Chairman of BOD

2. Approved the dissolution of Internal Audit Department of the Company.
3. Approved the result of election of member of Audit Committee under the Board of Directors:

-          Mrs. Tran Thi Huong – Independent member of BOD:   Chairman of Audit Committee

-          Mr. Vo Quoc Loi - member of BOD: member of Audit Committee.
